- put 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in your mouth
- Gently swish it around for about 20 minutes
- Spit it out.avoid gargling or swallowing the oil
- Rinse your mouth out with warm water.use salt water for added antimicrobial benefits
- Brush your teeth as usual
- Do this daily in the morning ,on an empty stomach.

Thanks for the follow. I’m interested why we should be doing that in your post “Bite the stone” I don’t think I could hold sesame oil in my mouth for 20 mins I would choke on it.
Have a nice weekend.

I like following up on my followers. It gives me break for awhile. I can’t write every day. I wish I could. I am amazed that some people write every day, and some several things. I couldn’t find the time.

Oil swishing? I have done this. Only use untoasted, cold pressed sesame oil. Helps the sinuses and makes the teeth a little whiter.
